        This firm represents Storey County with regard to legal issues related to zoning and planning matters. In that capacity we received a copy of your letter of July 13, 2007 to Pat Whitten, County Manager of Storey County.

        Based on the contents of that letter, please advise us whether your client Virginia Highlands, LLC is requesting that its application for Master Plan amendment be withdrawn. We would appreciate a timely response as that application is to be considered at the Storey County Planning Commission's meeting on July 19, 2007.
