Re: Storey County Purchase

Dear Dean:

    Thank you for taking time to meet regarding our project. It is always a pleasure meeting with you and Pat to review our progress.

    We felt that the meeting was very informative and helpful. As you know, the intention of the meeting was to gain a clear understanding of what is required by Storey County as we proceed forward on this development project. We appreciate your straight-forward approach in helping us understand what is required. We continue to be excited about this project and we would like to proceed to the application process.

    In the meeting held on September 15, 2006 it was recommended that we make a written request for the following items as we begin this process. They are as follows:

• Application for Master Plan Amendment
• Zone Change Application
• Storey County Official Zoning Ordinance
• Easement Documents within the Mustang Off-ramp Area (pertaining to access points for the project)
• Fee Schedule for All Applications

    It is our understanding that with the items listed above we will have the necessary documents to proceed forward in the application process to Storey County. When these items are available, please phone me at the office so I can arrange for pick-up.
